How does the free plan work?
Start with 1,000 credits ($10). Earn up to 13,000 more ($130) through getting-started rewards. No credit card required. Free credits don’t renew monthly.
How much does a task cost?
There is no flat price per task. An email summary, a market research report and a website build use different amounts of model work, computer time and paid tools. You can see the credits used by each job.
The $100 Team plan includes 10,000 credits, so 100 credits cost $1 at that rate. Your team shares the balance, with no per-seat or AI-employee fees. Larger plans and top-ups have different rates. Connected apps may have their own licence fees.
One credit represents 1¢ of service value. Model routing matches the model to the work, caching reduces repeat processing, and flexible processing lowers costs when work can wait.
Are calls extra?
Voice and phone calls use 10 credits per minute. Video calls and meetings use 20 credits per minute after the free launch period. Work done during calls uses credits as usual. Phone numbers have no monthly fee.
How do I control spending?
Automatic funding is off by default. Team admins with a card on file can enable automatic top-ups with a per-cycle spending limit or automatic upgrades with a maximum plan, one at a time. Manual top-ups start at 1,000 credits ($13), at 1.3¢ per credit.
When credits run out, new paid work pauses and completed work stays available. Artie lets you know when more credits are needed. Enabled automatic funding can add credits within your limits. Otherwise, a Team admin can change the plan, buy a top-up or wait for renewal.
Can I cancel my plan?
You can cancel before renewal to stop the next subscription charge. Your paid plan normally continues until the end of the current period. Check your automatic funding settings when you cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Payments and unused credits are nonrefundable, except where required by law or agreed in your contract.
