The follow-up references the unanswered request and asks for the decision or missing information. Artie follows your review-before-send preference or the allowed send action for that account; a connection alone does not authorize a send.
Before sending or scheduling the next nudge, Artie checks the thread again for new replies, opt-outs, completion or your retry limit. Unresolved threads come back with a clear next decision instead of an endless sequence of reminders.
