Start with the job

You do not need to connect every app before you begin.

When a job needs an app that is not connected, Artie asks the admin or account owner to connect a supported account.

Connect company apps once

An admin connects a supported company app and chooses what Artie may see and do.

Within that access, the connection covers both your existing AI employees and the ones you build later.

Keep personal accounts personal

Your own Gmail or calendar stays under your control and is used only with your permission.

• Artie also has his own email and calendar.
• A phone number can be added separately for incoming and outgoing calls and one-to-one text messages. Calls and texting have separate setup.
• You can talk to Artie in a browser voice call without a phone number.

Check whether a seat is needed

A separate seat is requested only when an app requires one for a particular capability.

Any licence cost belongs to that app and is separate from Artie’s workspace credits.
