Message Artie through iMessage or WhatsApp
Link your number to the right workspace and use private chat from your phone.
The Message Artie options connect your own phone conversation to your Artie identity. This is separate from asking an Artisan to send SMS to someone else from its phone number.

Open your account's messaging options
Open Settings, then Account and Message Artie. Choose the available iMessage or WhatsApp connection. Use the destination shown there rather than an old number copied from another workspace.
Complete the link
Follow the linking instructions and send the required message from your intended number. Waiting for your message means setup is not finished. Confirm Linked and the workspace name afterward; knowing a phone number alone does not establish your account identity.
Give a job in the linked conversation
Use the private chat for requests, questions and supported attachments. State the outcome and sources as you would on web or Slack. Your account access and action permissions still apply; the phone channel does not widen them.
Manage the workspace or unlink
Use Manage in Account settings to inspect the linked workspace, switch it through the supported option or disconnect. Check the destination and link before repeating a missing request. Native iMessage and WhatsApp texts have no extra per-text customer charge; the agent work is billed normally.
