Work with Artie in web chat

Send a request, attach context and return to the same conversation.

Web chat is a private place to work with the selected Artisan. Check the recipient before sending, especially when moving between Home, a task and an employee profile.

Send a clear request

Select the Artisan, open or start a conversation and describe the outcome. Attach files with the composer when needed. Name the app account or record if the job could use several. Sending starts the work; attaching a file alone does not.

Follow progress in the same place

Working rows show recorded tool activity and progress. Open them for more context. If Artie asks for an answer, app connection or approval, use the relevant control in that conversation. A request being accepted does not mean the result is finished.

Return later

Open the Artisan's Chat tab and select the existing conversation. Work can continue while you navigate elsewhere. Closing a tab or deleting a conversation is not a stop command. Use Stop or the task controls when you intend to stop execution.

Handle an unconfirmed send

If the connection drops, return to the original conversation and check whether your message and its reply are present before sending it again. A slow reply may still be working; repeatedly resubmitting the same external-action request can create separate jobs.
