Sign in, join a workspace or use an access code

Choose your sign-in identity

Continue from the Artie sign-in page and complete the identity provider's prompts. Use the intended work account. If you enabled an authenticator, or your workspace requires one, finish that step before entering the workspace.

Join the intended workspace

Open your invitation or referral link, then check the workspace name during setup. An eligible referral on a verified company email domain can place you in its bound workspace. A personal email or a different domain does not give you access to that company's private workspace.

Signing in successfully and being admitted to a workspace are separate steps. An account can be valid while admission is still pending.

If you see the waitlist

Submit your email through the option shown. A confirmed waitlist message means your request was saved, not that product access has been granted. If you have an access code, enter it through the sign-in page's code option. Keep the same email unless your invitation says otherwise.

Recover a failed sign-in

Retry the normal sign-in flow after a provider or network error. If you reach the wrong workspace, use the workspace switcher instead of creating another company workspace. Contact support with the error, sign-in method and approximate time; do not send passwords or authenticator codes.
