Hand work to another Artisan
Transfer the outcome and context while keeping one accountable owner.
A handoff should transfer the responsibility, not just copy its prompt. Keep one owner for the outcome and preserve what already ran, what is waiting and what must not be repeated.

Decide whether you need help or a transfer
For a contribution, ask the current owner to involve the other Artisan. For a full transfer, use the supported owner controls or ask explicitly for the responsibility to move. The new employee still needs access to the relevant sources and actions.
Carry the useful context
Include the objective, deadline, current outputs, pending decisions and next action. Identify completed external changes and actions with unclear outcomes.
Example requestMove this existing customer onboarding responsibility to Donna. Keep the schedule and tracker. The welcome email was already sent; the customer has not answered. The next step is to prepare the kickoff agenda.
Confirm the new ownership
Check the task after the handoff. Confirm the intended employee is the owner and the predecessor is not running the same delivery independently. Recreating the schedule under a new name is not a verified transfer.
Review the first continuation
Make sure the successor uses the current source and preserves existing commitments. If the handoff is unavailable for that kind of work, keep the original stopped until a supported replacement is confirmed.
