Find, pin, rename or delete a conversation
Organize your conversations without losing track of the underlying work.
Your conversations live with the Artisan you were working with. Use its Chat tab to reopen the same exchange rather than starting a second job to recover context.

Find the right conversation
Select the Artisan and browse or search your conversation list. Search can include archived conversations. Conversation names summarize the work; use a direct saved link when you already have one. The list shows your accessible conversations, not another teammate's private history.
Organize conversations
Use the conversation menu for the actions available, including pinning and deletion. Where Rename is available, give the conversation a name you will recognize later. Pinning makes a conversation easier to return to; it does not change its schedule or priority.
Understand deletion
Deleting a conversation removes it from your web chat history. It does not automatically cancel tasks, undo external actions or delete the original messages from Slack. Stop or cancel the work separately if that is your intention.
Recover work without recreating it
Open Responsibilities or Tasks to locate ongoing work, then follow its linked conversation or result. If the conversation is not accessible, ask support about that specific link rather than creating duplicate work with the same brief.
