Get paused work moving again

Work can pause when an app disconnects, available credits run out, or a decision or approval is needed. A pause does not remove completed work. Existing results, usage records and exports remain available where you still have permission to view them.

Check the app connection

If an app disconnects, jobs that depend on it pause. Artie asks the admin or account owner to restore access.

Work that does not depend on the disconnected app can continue.

Check the balance

New paid work pauses unless enabled automatic funding adds credits within your limits. To restore capacity:

  • On a Team plan, have an admin buy a top-up.
  • Have an admin choose or increase a monthly plan.
  • Wait for your next paid renewal.

An admin can also review any enabled automatic-funding limit. A Free workspace has no monthly replenishment.

Review pending decisions and approvals

Some work depends on an approval or a decision.

  1. Read the request.
  2. Check the intended action and relevant context.
  3. Review the specific decision being requested.

Approving one action does not change the employee’s standing permissions.

Keep completed work available

A pause does not remove work already finished. Where you still have permission, you can access:

  • Existing results.
  • Usage records.
  • Exports.
