Use Artie for finance and operations briefs

Reconcile sources, review exceptions and keep consequential decisions with their owner.

Artie can prepare summaries, calculations and operational follow-up. Use authoritative records and check the result before making financial or contractual decisions.

Name the authoritative records

Identify the account, file, period and definition for each metric. Ask Artie to show assumptions and flag missing records. An uploaded spreadsheet and a live finance system can reflect different dates.

Review calculations and exceptions

Request source-linked differences, owners and questions. Inspect generated files and compare important totals with the underlying records. A plausible narrative is not enough evidence for an important number.

Prepare actions for review

Ask for a draft or a clearly scoped record change. Name the amount, destination and decision owner where relevant. Confirm the exact action and provider outcome; do not infer that approval guarantees a successful payment or update.

Set up a recurring check

Agree a cadence, time zone and destination after the first review is correct. Track the workload and Artie usage separately from your company's financial data. Change or stop the responsibility when the operating need changes.
