Ask Artie to create documents, data files and images

Specify the format, content and review criteria for a real downloadable output.

Ask for the actual file you need, not only a description of it. Supported generation methods depend on the format and tools available to the job.

Specify the deliverable

Name the file format, audience, structure and sources. For an image, include size, composition, text and brand references. For data, define columns, units and the time period.

Example request

Create a CSV with customer, onboarding owner, due date and blocker from this tracker. Also prepare a short PDF summary for our operating meeting, with the source date shown.

Supply exact content where it matters

Attach the approved copy, logo or source sheet. Mark values that must remain unchanged and examples that are inspiration. Ask Artie to flag unavailable formats rather than pretending plain text is the requested file.

Open the finished artifact

Check that a real file was attached or saved. Download or preview it and review the content, layout, spelling and data. A generated filename or completion sentence is not sufficient proof that usable bytes were delivered.

Revise or share deliberately

Request a specific revision in the same work. Confirm the current file rather than an older attachment. If you want it sent or published, name the audience and destination; creation alone does not deliver it externally.
