Review a result and know what is actually done

Check sources, delivery and acceptance rather than relying on a status label.

Artie's progress describes what happened. Your review decides whether the result is useful. A completed run can still contain a draft, a partial result or work you want changed.

Check the deliverable against the brief

Open the actual output. Compare it with the requested sources, time period, audience and finish criteria. For a report, follow the sources behind important claims. For a generated file, open or download it rather than relying only on its title.

Separate stages of an external action

Prepared means ready to act. Approved means permission was given. Submitted means the provider received an attempt. Delivered or changed needs a corresponding receipt or readback. A business outcome, such as a customer accepting an offer, needs separate evidence.

Give your verdict

Use the result feedback control where offered, or explain in the conversation what you accept and what needs changing. Be specific: a factual error, missing audience or wrong file should not be hidden inside a vague 'looks good'.

Keep partial work useful

If only part succeeded, preserve that output and ask for the missing stage. Do not rerun the whole job when it would repeat a sent message or recreate a provider record. Ask Artie to continue from the recorded result.
