Find a slow or missing result
Distinguish running work, delivery problems and a disconnected conversation.
Some jobs continue after a chat reply. Inspect the task before assuming a quiet conversation means nothing is happening.

Check the task
Open the related responsibility, current occurrence or Activity item. Read the latest progress and any request for input. Confirm that you are looking at this run rather than an older completed result.
Check the destination
Review where the result was supposed to go. A private chat, Slack thread, file and published page are different destinations. Find the result through the task or Files rather than assuming every output appears on Home.
Handle a lost connection
Reopen the conversation after a browser or network interruption. Check history and saved work before resubmitting. If a request may have sent a message or changed a record, establish its outcome first.
Escalate with useful details
Contact support with the task or conversation link, last visible progress, expected destination and approximate time. Explain what you already tried. A screenshot of the state can help, but exclude unrelated private information.
