A founder's first week with Artie
Turn scattered priorities into a small set of owned outcomes.
For a founder at a 20–200-person company, start with work you can delegate clearly and review quickly. Artie is most useful when sources, ownership and delivery are explicit.

Start with an operating brief
Ask for a brief from the documents, metrics and conversations you already use. Define the period and questions: what changed, where help is needed and which decisions are due. Keep uncertain numbers labelled until checked.
Example requestPrepare my Monday operating brief from these team updates. Include three changes, the owners of blocked decisions and links to the evidence. Keep the draft here.
Create one recurring responsibility
Turn a useful brief into scheduled work with a time zone and destination. Specify which changes warrant a question. Keep a named human owner for decisions rather than asking several Artisans to run identical reports.
Prepare outward-facing work
Use Artie to research and draft investor, customer or hiring material from current sources. Review recipients, facts and the proposed action before any send that needs your approval. Drafting and successful delivery are separate outcomes.
Expand after a review
Correct stale company instructions and check the next delivery. Add a specialist when a distinct remit helps. Review usage and access as the scope grows. Avoid connecting every app before you know what the first job needs.
