Teach Artie a reusable skill
Turn a working method into a skill you can review and reuse.
A Skill describes how to do a kind of work. Teach it when a method should carry forward across similar jobs, rather than storing a customer's current status as a procedure.

Describe the method
Give the steps, source definitions, examples and finish checks. Explain when the method applies and important exceptions.
Example requestSave my weekly pipeline-review method as a private skill: compare stage changes, flag deals with no activity for 14 days, link each deal and draft a short summary. Use our current stage definitions.
Review the proposed skill
Artie can offer to keep a method you taught. Read the prepared content and supporting files before accepting. Check its name, scope and applicability. An accepted offer saves the method; it does not prove every future use will be correct.
Manage it in Hive mind
Open Skills to inspect, edit or remove the skill through the supported controls. Keep one current method instead of several competing copies. A skill can be private or shared with the organization where you have authority to share it.
Try it on real work
Give a representative job, name the skill if needed and inspect the result. A skill guides execution; it does not connect apps, grant approval or supply a missing budget. Correct the method when the real result exposes a gap.
