Track responsibilities, tasks and progress
See what is running, waiting, due next or finished.
Open Responsibilities or Tasks to see the work Artie owns. The task detail brings together the brief, schedule, progress, results and decisions, rather than making you reconstruct them from scattered replies.

Find the intended work
Use the workspace task list or an Artisan's Responsibilities tab. Filter or search by the labels available, then open the task. Check its owner, source conversation and schedule before acting.
Read the current state
In progress means an attempt is working. Upcoming means work is scheduled ahead. Waiting can mean a dependency or internal recovery. Needs you should name a concrete action. Read the reason and next step; a status label alone does not explain the outcome.
Inspect the result and history
Open the current occurrence or run history and follow the result or receipt. For recurring work, distinguish this occurrence from an earlier successful one. A failed latest run does not become successful because an older report is still available.
Use the task's controls
Edit, pause, resume or stop through the supported controls. Use its linked conversation for context and changes that need discussion. If an action is still unconfirmed, use its recovery path before repeating it.
