Understand Artie's Slack suggestions
Turn evidence-backed opportunities into work you want owned.
After Slack is connected, Artie can discover work in the channels it can access and suggest responsibilities. A suggestion is prepared from context; it is not proof that the work has started or that every channel was read.

Read the proposed responsibility
Check why the work matters, the source evidence, who it is for and the proposed first result. Suggestions can appear during setup and in the relevant conversations as discovery continues. You can describe your own job instead.
Accept, adjust or dismiss
Accept work you actually want Artie to own. Adjust its audience, deadline, scope or cadence before agreeing if the proposal misses the intent. Dismissing an offer is different from cancelling an already accepted task.
Keep existing ownership clear
If a teammate or another Artisan already owns the job, say so. Ask for a contribution to that work instead of accepting a duplicate responsibility. The same source may support several suggestions; it does not authorize duplicate reports or repeated outreach.
Control participation
Manage channel membership in Slack and use task controls to stop specific work. A private channel still needs an invitation. Pause all work when you intend a workspace-wide halt; leaving one channel is a narrower access change.
