Build an operating rhythm as chief of staff
Prepare meetings, track follow-through and keep ownership clear.
Artie can help turn updates into meeting materials and follow-up work. Keep the source of truth and accountable person visible throughout.

Prepare a meeting brief
Provide the agenda, current updates and decisions required. Ask for source-linked exceptions and unresolved questions, not just a summary. Identify whose private notes may be used and who may receive the result.
Turn decisions into work
Give each follow-up an outcome, owner and due time. Separate a suggested action from an approved change to an external system. Check the recorded tasks before creating parallel copies from another channel.
Set recurring follow-through
Schedule a weekly review with an explicit time zone and delivery channel. Specify how incomplete updates should be reported. Use Needs you to resolve the actual missing decision rather than restarting the entire responsibility.
Maintain the operating rules
Keep reusable meeting formats in instructions or a skill. Keep facts, status and dates in sourced memory or their original records. Review each delivery for changes in priorities and cancel work that is no longer needed.
