Download important results and arrange account or workspace closure.
Decide what you need to keep before removing access. Canceling a paid renewal, stopping responsibilities and closing an account are separate actions.

Save the results you need
Download available files from their attachments or Files. Keep the versions and source references you need. A published URL is not a backup of its source file, and a saved chat link may require an active account to open.
Stop future work and charges
Pause or cancel responsibilities you no longer want, review automatic funding and cancel renewal through billing if applicable. Check the confirmation for each action. Canceling renewal alone does not communicate which jobs should stop immediately.
Arrange the right closure
Use the supported account or workspace controls available to you. If the closure or data request you need is not available, contact support. Specify whether you are leaving a shared company workspace or asking to close the whole workspace; an admin must handle company-wide changes.
Check connected destinations
Review connected accounts, published websites and any content already sent to other people. Unpublishing a site stops that publication but cannot recall downloaded copies. Ask support about retention and deletion for your request rather than assuming every provider copy disappears.
