Roll Artie out to your team

Start with a repeatable result, then expand to more people and work.

A good rollout makes the first useful result easy to find and gives every responsibility an owner. Begin with a small set of real jobs before expanding.

Pick a visible starting responsibility

Choose work that repeats, has accessible sources and can be reviewed quickly. Name the accountable teammate and Artisan. Agree what a useful result includes and where the team will see it.

Example request

Start with a Friday customer-risk brief from the shared tracker. The customer-success lead reviews the first two deliveries before the team relies on it.

Prepare sources and access

Add the shared instructions and files the job needs, connect the relevant app and choose appropriate actions. Keep personal inboxes under their owners' control. Explain how teammates can ask for changes without starting duplicate copies of the same job.

Invite people around useful jobs

Give each teammate a first request, a source and the appropriate conversation. Show them how to answer a question, review an approval and stop their own work. Keep a human owner for consequential decisions.

Expand from observed results

Review whether sources, timing and delivery were right. Correct the instructions and check the next run. Add more responsibilities when the first ones work well; hiring more Artisans alone is not a measure of adoption.
