Set up your Digital Twin

Delegate work in your own context with explicit limits.

Your Digital Twin is an Artisan that works on your behalf using your authorized context, preferences and writing style. It is a delegate, not a guarantee of an exact replica of your judgment.

Find your personal candidate

Your twin is personal to you. Look for your named Digital Twin in the library or ask Artie about setting it up. The prepared card depends on an available linked Slack photo and portrait; a missing card does not mean you need to hire someone else's twin. Twin interviews use voice.

Hire it deliberately

Review the portrait and identity, then complete the hire. Preparing a portrait does not hire the twin, activate work or grant access to your inbox. After hiring, connect the personal accounts you want it to use.

Define the delegation limits

Describe what it owns, what it can decide and when it must ask. Name the accounts, audiences and any spending or commitment limits. Past decisions and examples help it understand you; they are not unlimited permission.

Example request

Draft replies to routine partner scheduling emails in my voice. Suggest times from my calendar. Ask me before making a commercial commitment or changing the meeting's external attendees.

Review representation and results

A twin can write in first person through your connected account within your authorization. Calls retain the AI opening disclosure. Artie's own library and sidebar identify it as a Digital Twin. Review real drafts and decisions, correct what it learned and keep account access under your control.
