Understand credits and billing
All your AI employees use the same workspace credit balance. Credits are consumed by the work they do, including authorized background work. Adding another teammate or AI employee does not add a separate fee.
Start with free credits
Receive up to $140 in free credits:
- 1,000 credits ($10) on signup.
- Up to 13,000 more ($130) through getting-started rewards.
No card is required. Free credits do not renew monthly and follow the promotion terms shown when granted.
Choose your monthly capacity
Team starts at $100 a month for 10,000 shared credits. Discounts start at 15,500 credits a month.
- Expiration and rollover follow the terms shown before purchase.
- Increasing capacity does not add a fee for each teammate or AI employee.
Decide how to add capacity
On a Team plan, an admin can buy top-ups at 1.3¢ per credit, starting at 1,000 credits ($13). On a Team plan with a card on file, an admin can enable one automatic option:
- Plan upgrades, up to a maximum plan.
- Top-ups within a per-cycle dollar limit, at the rate shown in billing settings.
Both automatic options are off by default. Purchased credits follow the expiration and rollover terms disclosed at checkout.
Review work and cancellation
Usage shows credits consumed by each job, including authorized background work and eligible processing that does not produce the intended result. Billing holds purchases and receipts.
- Canceling renewal normally ends the paid plan at the end of the paid period. Stop ongoing tasks separately and check your automatic funding settings when you cancel.
- Export needed work before account access ends.
