Invite teammates to Artie
Bring coworkers into the right workspace with the right role.
Invite coworkers when there is a clear responsibility they can hand over. Adding a teammate does not require creating a second company workspace or a separate credit balance.
Email invitations depend on workspace setup and rollout availability. If sending is unavailable, follow the displayed connection or support step.

Send a workspace invitation
An authorized admin can open Settings, find the team or people section and choose Invite people. Enter the intended work email addresses and review the recipients before sending. Recipients complete the normal sign-in and admission flow.
Explain what to try first
Give each teammate a concrete starting job and point them to the relevant Artisan. Include the source they should use and where they should keep the first draft.

Keep access separate from membership
Workspace membership does not connect a person's inbox or authorize every app action. Each account owner connects personal accounts. Admin roles grant administrative capabilities; they do not make another person's private chat or personal account a shared company resource.
Check the join actually completed
An invitation being sent is not confirmation that the person joined. Check the team list after they sign in. If an invitation fails, retain the original target and retry through the invitation flow rather than asking the person to create a duplicate workspace.
