Answer a question that is blocking work
Give the missing decision in the task or conversation that asked for it.
When Artie needs your input, it should name the actual missing fact or decision. Answer that request in its linked conversation or control so it stays attached to the right work.

Read what is missing
Open Needs you and check the task, Artisan and question. Distinguish a request for information from an approval to send or change something. If the target is unclear, give the record or account name rather than a generic yes.
Give the smallest complete answer
Answer in ordinary language with enough context to distinguish choices. You do not need to repeat a special phrase.
Example requestUse the HubSpot account for our US team. Send the report to #sales-ops, and keep the customer email drafts for my review.
Check that the work moved on
Return to the task and check its current next step. An accepted answer can clear the question while provider execution is still pending. If the question returns, read the new missing detail instead of assuming the original answer failed.
If someone else must decide
Name the responsible person and why their input is needed. Do not answer on behalf of a personal account owner or another approver unless you have the required authority. Independent parts of the job can continue while that dependency waits.
