Set up two-step sign-in
Use an authenticator and recover access without sharing codes.
Artie can ask for an authenticator code after your primary sign-in. Your workspace may also require this extra step.

Prepare an authenticator
Open the security section in your account settings and follow the authenticator setup shown. Scan or enter the setup secret in your authenticator app, then verify with its current code. Keep the secret private.
Confirm setup completed
Finish the confirmation step and check the saved security state. Starting setup does not mean two-step sign-in is enabled. While you still have access, you can add a second authenticator app through the same controls.
Sign in with both steps
Use the intended email, Google or Slack identity, then enter the current authenticator code. If a code is rejected, check that your device time is correct and use a fresh code from the account you enrolled.
Recover a lost authenticator
Contact support for an authenticator reset. Artie does not provide recovery codes. Describe the account and the failed step. Do not send passwords, setup secrets, verification codes or a screenshot containing them.
