Give an Artisan email work
Choose the sender identity, draft or send scope and follow-up.
An Artisan's own mailbox and your connected email account serve different purposes. Name the sender you want and distinguish preparing a draft from sending it. Workspace admins can read Artisan emails and the transcripts and recordings of its meetings and calls with other people. Your own private 1:1 conversation with an Artisan stays private.

Check the mailbox
Open the Artisan's communication settings for its managed mailbox, or Apps for a personal or company email connection. Confirm the actual address and readiness. Provisioning, connected and able to send are different states.
Give the email brief
Specify recipient, purpose, relevant thread, attachments and whether to draft or send. Include important limits or approval preferences.
Example requestFrom my connected Gmail, draft a reply to Acme's latest onboarding email. Confirm the agenda, attach the approved checklist and leave the draft for me to review.
Review the proposed message
Check the real sender, To and CC fields, body, thread and files. An approval for one message does not give permission to send a later materially different message. Account setup is not approval of its business content.
Follow delivery and replies
Use the saved receipt or provider thread to confirm what was sent. A submitted message can still fail or bounce. If the outcome is unclear, check the existing operation before asking for another send. Define any follow-up as a separate bounded responsibility.
