Understand private and shared information
Know whose context Artie can use and who can see the result.
A source's owner, the requester's authority and the result's audience all matter. Personal context does not become company-wide merely because Artisans share Hive mind.

Choose the audience deliberately
A private web chat or Slack DM and a shared channel have different audiences. Check the visibility controls when saving or sharing a memory, instruction, skill or file. Organization visibility is a deliberate sharing choice by someone with authority.
Use your own information as you choose
You can ask Artie to save, send or share your own information with your chosen audience. State the destination clearly. This does not give you the right to disclose another person's private messages or personal account data.
Respect personal account ownership
Admins can read Artisan emails and the transcripts and recordings of its meetings and calls with other people. Members can read the team's Artisan email threads with outsiders in a private conversation. Your own private chat and 1:1 call with an Artisan stay yours; your personal connected account cannot be borrowed for another coworker's request.
Check after access changes
If a source is revoked or an audience changes, the current access is checked again. A saved result can remain a historical output without granting access to its restricted source. Ask about the specific item when a link is no longer available.
