Earn getting-started credits
Understand the welcome offer and why a reward may still be pending.
The welcome offer combines 1,000 signup credits with up to 13,000 credits for qualifying getting-started activity. Rewards are granted once per eligible organization milestone.
Reward availability and issuance depend on the offer enabled for your workspace. A displayed milestone is not proof that its credit grant has been issued.

Complete real milestones
Qualifying activity includes connecting Slack, receiving a first job result, connecting an app and using it for work, adding another Artisan, importing knowledge, setting up recurring work, involving a teammate and returning across qualifying days. Opening a page alone is not completion.
Check your workspace's progress
Use the reward or billing information shown for your workspace. Teammates share the workspace offer rather than creating an unlimited new grant for every invitation. A completed milestone and the appearance of its credit grant can occur at different moments.
Use the credits for useful work
Free credits support an initial result and a repeatable responsibility. They do not renew every month. Plan the work you want to evaluate and review its usage; don't assume all communication or provider costs are covered indefinitely.
Report a missing reward
If a qualifying milestone completed but its reward is missing, contact support with the workspace, milestone and approximate completion time. Include the relevant task or connection reference. Do not repeat an external action just to trigger a reward.
