Understand checks and your daily brief
Manage proactive reviews and summaries without creating duplicate reports.
An Artisan can review its responsibilities and keep you informed through configured checks and briefs. A scheduled review, an active task and a notification are different things.

Review the configured behavior
Open the Artisan's settings and the available check or heartbeat controls. Read what it reviews and when. An indicator does not mean a model is continuously working or that a new result is ready.
Give the brief a clear job
Specify the sources, audience, cadence, time zone and the decisions the summary should help you make. Keep one owner for a company-wide brief rather than asking every Artisan to send the same report.
Example requestEach weekday at 8:30am New York time, send me today's commitments, blocked customer work and decisions waiting on me. Link the underlying tasks.
Manage it as recurring work
Use the recurring task's supported schedule and pause controls. Check the stored next occurrence after a change. A brief should be based on accessible evidence; a quiet day should not be filled with invented activity.
Understand usage and interruptions
Actual research, extraction and summary work can consume credits. Do not assume every brief has a fixed cost or that background work is free. Quiet-hour delivery settings and task execution are separate; pausing a notification is not the same as cancelling the job.
