Ask an Artisan to make or receive a phone call

Check the phone line, call brief and actual connection before relying on a result.

Phone calls use an Artisan's provisioned line and supported calling routes. Browser voice is a separate way to talk to Artie and does not require that phone setup.

Phone setup and destinations depend on the line and provider readiness shown in your workspace. Call-history and takeover improvements are still being qualified; use the controls actually offered on your call card.

Check the line and destination

Open the Artisan's communication settings and verify its number and readiness. Availability depends on country and provider setup. A pending number or unsupported destination is not fixed by approving the same call again.

Give a bounded call brief

Name the person, verified number, purpose and what the Artisan may discuss or agree. State when to call and when to stop or ask.

Example request

Call this supplier on the saved number to confirm Friday's delivery window. Do not change the order or agree an extra fee. Return their answer and any unresolved question here.

Follow the live call state

Read the call card's current status. Dialling, answered, ended and failed are distinct states. Use the call card's live controls where available; not every account has every takeover or history feature.

Check the result

Inspect the recorded outcome and any saved recap. An answered call is not proof the requested conversation happened. Ending a call cannot undo an agreement already made, and an outside caller's identity does not give them authority over your company work.
