Let Artie work on a website

Give a browser job and complete sign-in through the supported secure flow.

Some work needs a website rather than a connected-app tool. Give Artie the actual outcome and site, then use the browser job's supported access and handoff controls when sign-in is needed.

Browser actions that submit changes require browser-write capability to be enabled. When unavailable, Artie can prepare work but cannot confirm that it submitted the change.

Name the outcome and site

Include the URL, account identity and intended result. Say whether you want research, a prepared draft or a submitted change.

Example request

Open this supplier portal and find the current invoice for our account. Download it and return it here. Use our connected login; do not pay the invoice.

Complete the requested sign-in

Use the supported secure connection, 1Password or owner sign-in handoff offered for that job. If using your own email and a code, supply it through the intended secure prompt. Do not paste account passwords into an ordinary shared chat.

Use the right identity

An Artisan's own mailbox can support an authorized email-code sign-in for that Artisan. That does not make it your personal account or give it access to an existing company seat. Sites may still require an invitation, onboarding or provider approval.

Check the outcome

Watch the job's current state and inspect the downloaded file or changed page. A sign-in code being accepted does not prove the requested work finished. For an unconfirmed submission, reconcile the website's actual state before asking Artie to submit again.
