Your brief

Check completed interviews for this hiring round. Nudge only interviewers whose scorecards are still missing, then tell the hiring owner what is outstanding.

I’ll check submissions before each nudge and keep pending feedback separate from completed scorecards.

How Nick handles it.

Starts: A scheduled check runs against completed interviews for the jobs you specify.

1. Check the actual submission state

Nick reads the connected ATS job, interview completion and scorecard records. Canceled interviews, submitted forms and feedback outside the requested hiring round are excluded from the reminder list.

2. Ask for the missing scorecard

After your agreed interval, Nick prepares or sends a targeted reminder through the allowed channel. It links the interview or scorecard destination, names what is missing and follows your cadence and escalation rule.

3. Recheck before the next nudge

Nick checks the ATS again before following up. Submitted scorecards stop reminders. The hiring owner gets a concise list of remaining gaps and escalations; no recommendation or feedback is filled in on an interviewer’s behalf.

Use this for missing submissions after interviews. Candidate sourcing has its own research workflow; this page does not assess candidates without feedback.

Hypothetical finished result

Example output

Interview scorecard follow-through

Hypothetical: an interview is complete but its feedback form remains unsubmitted.

State check
The ATS shows the interview completed and no submitted scorecard. Nick records the responsible interviewer and the due interval from your process.
Reminder
A prepared message links the scorecard and asks the interviewer to submit their own assessment. It does not suggest a score or summarize feedback that does not exist.
Next check
If the form is now submitted, the reminder stops. Otherwise the hiring owner gets the outstanding submission and the escalation you agreed.

Questions about this workflow

What if feedback arrives just before the reminder?

Nick checks submission state again before sending. A submitted scorecard removes that item from the reminder queue.

Can Nick write the interviewer’s feedback?

No. The interviewer supplies their assessment. Nick tracks the submission and never invents scores or comments to fill a gap.

Who handles repeated delays?

Name the hiring owner and escalation interval. Nick brings them the missing submission and source link rather than increasing reminders indefinitely.
