Your brief

Review our onboarding journey in Mailchimp. Fix anything out of date with the new setup flow and rewrite the day-3 email. I’ll approve before it goes live.

PeggyAPP

I’ll check each email against the current product, draft the changes and update the journey once you approve.

How Peggy handles it.

Starts: On the review schedule you set, and when a flow’s results or your product change.

1. Audit what each flow sends

Peggy opens the Mailchimp journeys in the account you give access to: triggers, delays, audiences and the content of each email, plus recent results. Broken links, outdated steps and emails that contradict the product are listed first.

2. Draft the improvements

Rewrites, new emails and timing changes are drafted in your brand voice, each with a reason. Product facts come from your docs and release notes, not assumptions.

3. Publish and compare

With edit access, Peggy updates the live emails in Mailchimp after your approval, or directly for the change types you allow, such as broken-link fixes. Later results are compared with the earlier period without claiming the edit caused a difference the data cannot support.

Flows that match the product today.

Use this to maintain automated lifecycle email. One-off announcements and launch campaigns have their own workflows.

Hypothetical finished result

Example output

Onboarding journey review

Hypothetical: a five-email onboarding journey written before the product’s setup flow changed.

Found
Email 2 links to a settings page that no longer exists. Email 3 describes CSV import as the first step, which is now the fourth. Email 5 still reaches customers who upgraded, because the audience filter excludes only one plan.
Rewritten
New day-3 subject: “Your workspace is ready. Invite one teammate.” The body walks through the current invite step in three sentences, with the corrected link.
Published
After approval, the copy, link and audience filter are updated in the live journey. A change log records each edit and its date so later results can be compared fairly.

Mailchimp
Give Peggy the Mailchimp account access that opens Customer Journeys, such as a signed-in browser session; campaign tools alone do not reach journey steps. Choose review only, draft edits or publishing, and name who approves changes to live journeys.
Product docs or release notes
Share the current setup steps and features so every email describes the product accurately.

Questions about this workflow

Can Peggy edit live emails?

Yes, when Peggy has edit access to the journeys in your Mailchimp account and you allow it. You choose which changes need your approval first.

Will this raise our open or conversion rates?

It may, but no result is guaranteed. Peggy reports what changed and compares results over time without overstating the cause.

Does Peggy send one-off campaigns too?

This workflow maintains automated flows. Ask separately for a campaign, with its audience and approval.
