1. Agree the rules
You tell Artie what matters: people and topics to surface, what can be labeled or archived, what counts as routine and what always stays with you. The connected Gmail account and its permissions set the limits.
Artie sorts new mail by what needs you, drafts the replies you would send and gives you a short list of what is waiting, within the send rules you set.
Starts: When mail arrives in the connected inbox, or at the triage times you choose.
You tell Artie what matters: people and topics to surface, what can be labeled or archived, what counts as routine and what always stays with you. The connected Gmail account and its permissions set the limits.
Artie reads new threads, labels each by its next action and drafts replies in the original thread from your earlier correspondence and the facts you have shared. Anything involving a decision, money or a new commitment is surfaced instead of answered.
At the time you choose, you get what needs you, the drafts ready to review and what was filed. Drafts go out only when you approve them or have allowed sending for that kind of reply.
Use this for the everyday flow of new mail. Following up on threads where you are waiting on someone else has its own workflow.

Not unless your rules say so. Filing means labels and archiving, which you can undo.
Name the senders and topics to leave alone. Artie surfaces them without drafting, and the account permissions you set still apply.
